The HITEC2000 production line is designed for the automatic production of 800x1200 mm EPAL1 standard wooden pallets. This offer is aimed at the largest companies in the pallet industry. The line's dimensions are approx. 32.4 m long, 16 m wide, and 4.1 m high. This powerful production line is designed for unmanned operation, as the number of operators is limited to one employee who monitors the correct course of consecutive processes throughout the entire pallet production line."
The highlight of this line are the overhead cranes and set of hydraulic stackers, which transport pallet components to dedicated magazines and feeders. They constitute a unique system of automatic feeding od supports, longitudinal and transverse boards to the pallets deck and bottom nailing machines, where they undergo further processing. It ensures the final product is stacked exactly as requested by the customer. This innovative concept guarantees uninterrupted and trouble-free operation of the entire line.
Furthermore, the machines included in the line enable remote data communication with the customer for machine diagnostics and rapid service intervention.
The automated pallet nailing line is also an ideal solution for existing VECTOR partners who already own EPAL1 LZPV 2000 pallet line with a capacity of 300 pallets/hour and wish to modernize their machinery. By expanding the existing installation with an automatic feeding system for supports (including chipboards), transverse and longitudinal boards, and additional devices for cutting supports from logs, pallet production will become even more automized and efficient.
At the same time, to meet the expectations of our customers, we would like to inform you that the automatic system can be divided into three separate individual components in order to systematically and sustainably supply the customers' production capacity without an excessive one-time financial burden.
EPAL1 PALLET PRODUCTION LINE WITH DIMENSIONS 800X1200 MM AND A CAPACITY OF 300 PALLETS/H LZPV 2000

This line is our flagship product and meets the manufacturing needs of the largest pallet companies in Poland and abroad, thanks to its high capacity of 300 pallets/hour. It is designed for the production of 800x1200 mm EPAL1 pallets. It can be equipped with a support cutting device and an automatic pallet element feeding system, making it fully automatic.

EPAL1 PALLET STACKING LINE 800X1200 MM
The line is used to stack 800x1200 mm EPAL1 pallets one on top of another or one inside the other (so called "sandwich"). It consists of a set of three devices:
- inverting machine
- hydraulic stacker
- 6-meter-long receiving conveyor.
It is compatible with our milling, branding, cutting, and nailing machines, creating production lines with two capacity versions: 120 and 300 pallets/hour.

" EPAL1 PALLET 800X1200MM STACK DECOMPOSITION LINE"
The pallet stack decomposition line consists of the following components:
- Roller infeed conveyor
- Hydraulic stack decomposition device
- Outfeed belt conveyor
EPAL1 800x1200 mm pallet stack decomposition line, is designed to disassemble stacks of pallets arranged in "a sandwich" (one inside the other) and transfer them to the next line device for further processing or stacking. The stacking unit can hold a maximum of 29 pieces of EPAL1 pallets. As standard, the device works with a preceding roller conveyor, on which the pallet stacks are stored, as weel as with a outfeed belt conveyor.
